Bumper Time provides mobile cosmetic auto repair services throughout San Diego County, California, including mobile bumper repair, key scratch repair, paintless dent removal, door ding repair, minor body work, and color match paint repair. All services are performed on-site at the customer's requested location.
We reserve the right to decline any service request at our discretion, including situations where the damage is beyond the scope of cosmetic repair, poses a safety concern, or where we determine that repair is not in the customer's best interest.
Quotes provided by phone, text message, or email are good-faith approximations based on the information and photos provided. Final pricing may vary upon in-person inspection of the actual damage. We will communicate any changes before beginning work. Sending photos or receiving a quote does not constitute a binding contract or guarantee of service.
Appointments are scheduled based on technician availability. We ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee or refusal of future service.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. Returned payments are subject to a returned payment fee. We reserve the right to pursue collection for unpaid balances.
Bumper Time stands behind our work. Bumper and scratch repairs are backed by a written warranty. If you are not satisfied with a completed repair, contact us and we will return to assess and correct the issue at no charge, provided the dissatisfaction is related to the quality of our work and not to additional damage, subsequent events, or conditions outside our control. The warranty terms provided with your repair govern the specifics of coverage.
SMS Program: By texting photos of your vehicle damage to Bumper Time, or by providing your mobile number and asking us to reach you by text, you agree to receive text messages (SMS/MMS) from Bumper Time regarding your quote, appointment confirmation, service follow-up, and related communications.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies. You may receive one or more messages per inquiry.
Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.
To Opt Out: Reply STOP to any text message at any time to cancel. You will receive one final confirmation text. No further messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe.

No Third-Party Sharing: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

By sending photos of your vehicle to Bumper Time, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use those photos for the purpose of assessing your repair and, if desired, for marketing materials including our website, social media, and advertising. We will not publish before and after photos that include identifiable license plates without your permission.
Bumper Time, Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability to you for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, undisclosed conditions, or damage resulting from events outside our control.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bumper Time, Inc., its employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these terms, or any misrepresentation of your vehicle's condition or ownership.
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Bumper Time, Inc. or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our express written permission.
